Acacia brings it all into one place: same template, same layout, one seamless experience. Starting with the greater Barcelona area.

How the library is collected, checked, and published for metropolitan Barcelona.

Acacia is not a scrape of whatever is online. Each instrument is taken from the issuing authority, kept as a dated official record, and released only inside a published version. This page is the working view of that process — and a live tracker of what the library currently holds.

Collection

The stack for a Barcelona site is national, Catalan, metropolitan, and municipal. Instruments are collected from the gazettes and technical documents of those AHJs: BOE, DOGC, BOPB, municipal ordinances, and allied standards. Each record keeps the official title, identifier, publication date, and source file.
- Identify the authority having jurisdiction and the instrument type.
- Take the text from the official publication, not a secondary reprint.
- Capture identifier, title, date, language, and source.
- Structure it into the Acacia template — same layout as every other document.

Establishing accuracy

Accuracy means the library can point back to the official instrument, in a known batch, for the right AHJ. Site lookup is a stack for that parcel, not a generic city pack. Superseded text is not mixed into the live profile. If an instrument is not in the published batch, it is not in the product.
- One published batch at a time (area + update letter, e.g. 0.1 C). The live library is that batch only.
- Official identifiers stay on the record so a reader can verify the gazette.
- Where the library and the official text diverge, the official text governs.
- This is a research library. It does not replace the AHJ’s determination or a licensed professional.
